the liberty and regulus both hit as hard as a sniper, they most likely got a lucky Headshot critical on you,
going behind a wall in PvP is worthless too as there is a 1 to 2 second desync on the Servers.
what this means is that if you take cover, on your screen you are in cover,
on the enemy's screen you're not in cover yet, if he shoots you on his screen,
you'll get hit eventho you're in cover.

Nailed it. It really isn't going to stop, ever. Sadly no matter what devs do, no matter how much they try and how many systems they set in place to try and prevent it -- cheaters will always find a way to cheat/glitch their away around any system. To my knowledge there hasn't been a single online game, which 100% managed to dealt with cheaters. Until people actually decide to stop and cheat/glitch themselves cheating is going to be a thing in games. It sucks yeah, but those are the facts. Just play the game, have fun and when you run into cheaters, report them and move on from the current server/game. Best way to save yourself the frustration imo.Originally Posted by Roasted513 Go to original post
It's cheating. I've seen people doing that with shotguns as well; OHK through solid terrain (not cover). Whatever anti-cheat the game claims to have, it's worthless. You can report them, but unless you have a recording setup to provide video proof, good luck getting any results.
I've also tried Regulus, fully charged by Dodge City Gunslinger and it doesn't one shot in the DZ, despite what the math says on paper. It's either the PvP mechanics exponentially cap off damage to prevent people from being one shot, or just about every Rogue I tried it on in the DZ is a cheater.
