dont mind him , he only uses a red meta build and that´s it , at least that´s what it sounds like every single time.Originally Posted by blackhide2 Go to original post
I'm the same. I've got 3 characters fully levelled and 12 different loadouts.
I still have a bunch of gear stashed for other builds that I want to make, but no way of saving them.
Inventory is a huge issue. It's nice to see new loot coming, but where is it all supposed to go?
I'd love to see increased stash space, but for me, more loadout slots is the most important thing.
Whatever you play in the PTS and collect, this will not be carried across when TU11 goes live. I'd say experiment with the new things without the worry of losing anything in your normal gameOriginally Posted by blackhide2 Go to original post![]()
Hey, I'm not sure that's what they meant. Not what I meant anyway.Originally Posted by UbiT00n Go to original post
I think op was asking why add new loot into the real game, when players don't have any stash space for new gear?
I like that there's new gear coming into the game, but I share the op's worry that I've no space or loadout slots left to save anything new and that makes me want to play the game less.
i know that. yes, i loosing my stuff because i havent enough space in stash (in Main-Game also on PTS). therefore i must delete/destroy gear before i collect the new. Why should i do? i want collect one piece of each gear/each weapon for testing and so on. And from a few gear i want to collect 2-3 pieces for different talents.. andyrob got it ;-)
It may be helpful to use the PTS to examine your already-made builds and loadouts to see which ones you're not using as frequently, or which ones may be redundant that can be deleted (or pieces deconstructed). Plus, the new gear on the PTS may help bolster some of your existing builds (like Hunter's Fury with a close-range run & gun build).Originally Posted by blackhide2 Go to original post
If at the end of the PTS you find that some of your loadouts could be shaved down, all the better for your live game agent. If not, then no harm gets done to your live agent.
There are 22 brands and 12 gear sets. If you have one item for every single combination, that's 204 pieces of gear.Originally Posted by blackhide2 Go to original post
There are 11 exotic gear pieces, and 30 named gear pieces.
Including replicas and functionally-identical variants, there are 242 weapons.
So if you had one of literally every single item in the game, that'd put you at about 487 pieces of equipment.
But you don't need one of every single item in the game, and you almost certainly don't have one of every single item in the game with the rolls to actually make it worth keeping. You don't need all three X-45 pistol variants, or all five Super 90s. You don't even need a lot of the gear pieces (be honest, what are you ever going to use a 5.11-brand chest piece for?).
You can cull those numbers down. If you have 300 pieces of equipment vying for stash space, then you obviously aren't using at least 300 pieces of equipment on anything like a regular basis. If you aren't going to use it and aren't ever going to have a use for it, or if the rolls don't make it worth keeping around because if you ever were going to use it you'd need to get a better one anyway, then you can get rid of all of that stuff. You just have to be a little more selective about what makes the stash cut.
Just pull a Marie Kondo. Go through your stash. If an item doesn't bring you joy, scrap it.
