    authenticating the ownership

    when I try to load the game it reads there was a problem authenticating the ownership of the product. please contact customer support if you need help in solving this problem

    This error usually means that the Ubisoft account you're currently signed in to, does not have the game associated with it. It is likely that you have the game linked to a different Ubisoft account.
