At least it is good to know that this time round the error message is affecting everyone and perhaps this will motivate Ubisoft and/or Ivory Tower to do something about it.

SIDE NOTE, UNRELATED TO THE CURRENT ISSUE: A few weeks back (the week of the last Summit final - last week of August 2020) I'd receive at repetition error #3_396b37e_126 when logging in. I was able to bypass this error and progress into gameplay, and even compete in every event of that week's Summit, but should I attempt to score a medal in anything other than a Summit activity (such as a skill competition or a single player mission for example, I would then be subsequently booted back to the title screen, this time receiving error #3_9fd2d3d4_5. When I contacted Ubisoft support about the issue, they sent me on a wild goose chase, changing settings in my router, changing settings in my Windows network connections, changing settings in UPlay, etc. all to no avail (trying to convince them that my issue was remote profile related, seeing that my buddy who had the base game without Wild Run could still connect and play the game just fine whilst I could not, fell on deaf ears). The issue thankfully resolved itself after the Summit week in question finished and the new Summit week began.

Sadly, from all these previous posts, it would seem that the current issue started days before the new Summit week began. I'll ask my buddy who has the base game to try to login and will report here if the current error #5_7f0fbc84_1 affects him too.

#5_7f0fbc84_1 did NOT appear for a user with the BASE game!

As mentioned in the previous post, my buddy has the base game, so no Wild Run and no Calling All Units. He also never got the two UPlay Unit vehicles (Dodge Viper and Alfa Romeo 8c Competizione). He never completed the story mode and he is still relatively at a low level (he has Street and Dirt spec vehicles, as well as Performance spec unlocked but no P vehicles in his collection of cars). Just now he was able to log into the game and participate in a skills competition just fine, with no error message ever appearing.

So what do you figure is causing this issue? Access and/or participation in the Summit? Completion of the story mode and/or reaching max level 60? The presence of one or both UPlay Unit vehicles (this is highly suspect, considering that I have already received the 'A server error prevent your Favorites to appear. Please restart the game.' error message a few days back when UPlay level and Uplay Units were both registering as 0 in Uplay - that day I was still able to log into the game though, and playing the game on that day showed that my two UPlay Unit vehicles (Dodge Viper and Alfa Romeo 8c Competizione) were nowhere to be found - when the Uplay level and Uplay Unit issue was resolved the next day, my Dodge Viper and Alfa Romeo 8c Competizione, complete with their perf level and paint jobs, returned).

As sad as it is that I am so dependent on a game where Ubisoft/Ivory Tower holds all the cards (game cannot run if one cannot connect to server, and save file/profile is stored remotely on Ubisoft servers) I do hope this issue is resolved. The Crew 1 is literally my favourite game to spend time in, even after all these years, and frankly if all I have to fall back on is Crew 2, then my love for The Crew series will quickly fizzle and fade away (guess you can tell which of the two I prefer : \

I got the same error a the moment and i actually had a similar idea.
I asked a friend for his Uplay Data and logged in on my PC, just to try to get into the Trial Version of the Crew.
The Trial Version on that account used my previously installed game files of the full game with the Wild Run DLC from my own account. It ran perfectly fine, with no error code at all.
So i'm guessing the problem is related to specific accounts and not to having only the base game or not.

    I bought it yesterday

I bought The Crew Calling All Units yesterday.
I wanted to play it last night instead of FH4 or NFS: Heat.
But the game didn’t work. So I played FH4 and get Land Rover Velar.
    Can you fix the game?
I wanna play the game during this weekend...

    Can confirm it too.
One guy told me about this problem. I checked with my account with all DLC and got an error as well.

After reading some of comments above I checked on account without DLC and could enter the game without error.

Same issue was long time ago when CAU just launched, also full DLC accounts got an error while new accs could play the game.

    NAT is Green
Deleting Save folder from My Docs also didnt help.
