You know this game has become garbage after CCU when...

You realize that it has even less players than Fallout 76 has on PC 😂😂😂

I can't even imagine how the console numbers are looking, since they were hit the hardest by this awful update.

Well, that's one way to save yourself the trouble of upgrading FH to the next-gen. You don't need to upgrade what's already dead!

Hmmm when I checked the steam people playing it was upto 10k again which was like 8k higher than before the update ?!

    I was surprised as well!

Checking the Steam charts, the last time this game had more than 10k players was back in September... of 2018.

No wonder why even the little staff that remain try to leave at the first opportunity they get.

Sure love it when people compare For Honor which is a fighting game and it’s generally known that fighting games don’t attract a gigantic playerbase with something like a first person shooter, which is a game typ pretty much anyone in existence plays.

    Looks absolutely ******ed tho.

Made even funny and stupid looking if you compare us to other fighting games and that we with 5k players at uptimes have a bigger playerbase then most other fighting games.

I mean, I literally compared it to one of the biggest flops the gaming industry has seen this decade... and it still does worse in terms of population. There's just no way to sugarcoat it.

We are seeing support getting sharply reduced (2 heroes per year, generic executions for all characters instead of personalized ones for each own, recycled events from 2-3 years ago, devs and managers alike leaving...)

I'm going to laugh so hard when the Ubisoft Forward announcement arrives and it is a showcase of a 3 year old event. Getting E3 2019 vibes right now.

Despite my main heavily nerfed, I find this state the best state the game ever had. Finding it frustrating to play is perfectly valid, but what is the point of this topic exactly? Because it is certainly not constructive in any way.

I point at my statement that shooters attract way more people.

Why don’t you compare us to some fighting games?

Why you choose to ignore my statement that if you look at other fighting games we have a rather decent playerbase.

They mentioned before the current content year that this year is more focused on balance and that they reduce the amount of heroes to two.

Still doesn't have any business being compared for several reasons. That's like me calling an indie game garbage because it's not performing as good as a triple A game that's a full on franchise.

It's always humorous that people have the compulsion, the desire to tell others the game is dead. Has never made sense to me.

while I agree sometimes the numbers are ridiculous, the game can be saved and can be a success even at e-sports, the game has all the ingredients to be a success, but I suspect after the poor launch, less and less resources were spared on FH, directing us to the actual state were I think a skeleton crew is working to provide some content and a not so great "balance" support.

The thing I see in twitch is alarming fellas, average went from 700 peak hours (400 viewers in the less trafficked hours) to 250 in average for the last weeks, the day astrea and ccu were presented it was a good raise to almost 2k but rapidly it went down, I mean in like 4 days...this is the worst state of for honor in twitch since I started to do streams, 6 months ago. 2 days ago for almost the entire day were 150 to 180 viewers...very concerning for me, because this is a real good game that has some big problems but it really is better than many games with 3 or 5k viewers, old games., Also my streams with for honor are in my opinion the best and more spontaneus, homever with this numbers and me being hispanic is a waste of time for any ambition of success to become a full time streamer. Even you tube channels dedicated to for honor are getting less views. some youtubers quit because ccu, like nate cadillac.

A game like no mans sky(which I own) getting twice the for honor numbers or single players rpgs with more than ten years of antiquity with over 3 k is really upsetting for me, cause I really enjoy to watch streams of for honor mostly the high skilled players that still stream. While I understand streaming is not the best criteria to determine the playerbase of a game, I think is very related to the popularity in general, the public knowledge about it, the publicity and marketing of that game, the fun the masses are obtaining with it. All in all I´m just seeing a dwindling streamer/viewer community, that with a better management and executive decisions could be much better.

But what I know is that the game is still doing some money for them so I suspect at least for console , a respectable number is still there.

related to the anouncement in the pre-show, I think it will be to confirm for honor for the next gen or to teasing the new hero. Both things confirm that the game is not dead, just maybe weakened.

I know how you feel...but please admit that honestly they dont care anymore and have become lazy...they just repeat and repeat every year. Heres a new season pass with ****ty stuff, an effect that most of the people dont care, specially this 200iq one that they released...cmon. 1 execution for everyone that just suits warmonger and no one else when we havent had any for ages. Outfits are a lie now...no where to be seen. I mean, my relationship with this game is love and hate. I love that its unique, but i hate what it has become, the state of gameplay and the people working on it. How can i and others support this game when content and balancing (with real care and listening to the community, the smarts ones at least) isnt there...nothing. Uuuugghhh...im tired of these debates and UBI.
