    Just a quick note on revenge attacks: PK has it, and I find it next to useless on her. Berserker is profiting from it, because his chains are longer, and he cancels recoveries into other attacks. I have a few very generic chains, a softfeint that does not even give frame advantage, a dodge attack that does not chain etc. Even Fiat Lux has some edge over it in my eye on PK. Most orochi I see also choose their supercloud flask thing.

    Could just build it into assassins then instead of making people try to choose it as a feat. Assassins get something unique in that regard then.

    There's some delay when you switch guard, so in assassin case (or shaolin), reflex guard may help their attacks more unpredictable (u know, assassins). Plus they are not really enduring.
    anyway, reflex guard is not a problem, imo. that's not an assassin is supposed to do. they can but not really encouraged.
    I don't think that is the main problem either. The problem is, there is literally zero benefits, compensations for them for the multiple disadvantages (low damage, low hp, temporary guard, worst perks in the game, usually low range as well since most of them use one handed weapons).

    I think we used to have an advantage in speed between switching stance but then normalized it just before I stopped playing last time a good year or so ago....

    Goats pretty much hitting the nail on the head, the reflex guard is really just 1 thing in a lost of things that have slowly driven the assassin class into the ground for no reason really ?! I just can't comprehend why lol : /

    Although I also should know better than to try and understand Ubisofts decision lol

    A lot more complex to manage. Glad technically has that already with his toe stab when someone is OOS. Giving zerk anything beyond what he already has would probably bust him balance wise. Shinobi needs a total redesign anyway. Nuxia traps 2 sides constantly with proper positioning and they revenge lock. Orochi has a deflect mix up and buffering his heavy inputs means he can't be stuffed in a single pick situation. And can recovery cancel to maintain frame advantage.

    The only reason PK got a special property post design is because she was designed to always have someone bleeding. But damage was a balance problem for her and why she received constant damage adjustments. She needed utility to further her kit. I don't really see any other assassin needing more utility to make their kits better.
