Why the hell doesn’t aramusha get a free heavy attack after a successful guard break?

It’s so slow now that the enemy can block the heavy after their guard has been broken.

Kensei can get a free side heavy after a guard break and Orochi and Shinobi can too, so... what the hell? It’s not like aramusha is a slow heavy class, he should be able to get a free heavy hit after a guard break too.
