    Guys, Delete all cache folders content on My computer>My Documents>My Games>The Division 2 anda delete the following shadders folders: ShaderByteCode and ShaderCache!

    stop posting this ********, many ppl already told u, that it is NOT WORKING, and wont work.....
    maybe u start reading about shaders before zu post ******** like that.

    Hello everyone,

    Thank you for sharing your reports of this issue with your inventories being invisible / inaccessible. The dev team have been made aware of the issue and are looking into it currently.

    To assist in their investigation, they'd like to collect more information about the following from you all:

    - Which UI settings are you using? Can you share a screenshot of these?

    - Does restarting Uplay PC as well as the PTS resolve the issue, even if temporarily?

    missing Inventory

    delete the 2 cache folders did work for my brother the first time...

    but not for me.. i did try restart game/Uplay/Pc... i tryed to set it to dx12 close the game not uplay delete the cache folder and start the game up again... did not help either
    when i delete those folders it takes really really long time to load the game.. and sometimes i feels like it just freeze and i manual shut it down...

    now while i write i try to have it on dx12 restartet pc...

    i can take screenshots but dont know of what ? what do you mean about the UI ?

    I had this problem.(PC version)

    I had been on the normal server quit the normal game and loaded PTS.- no inventory showed.

    I quit the game and Uplay.

    Restarted Uplay and Division 2 PTS and the inventory was displayed and was could be used.

    I am still having the same issue. I tried to verify the files and restart the game, but no luck. The same issue still occurs. I thought the recent server restart might fix it, but that only worked temporarily. When I logged out of the game and quit for the day, the issue came back. As others have said as well, there is no way to access mods for weapons, skills or gear.

    I restarted my PC and swapped to DX12 rendering before loading the game and that fixed my issue, so far.
