Hi Ubi-Woofer,Originally Posted by Ubi-Woofer Go to original post
I can go through the steps I attempted but I haven't changed the UI settings from default, so that is not likely a factor.
Multiple Attempted Restart of game/ Logout Uplay - No Inventory
File Verification - No Inventory
Cache Folder and Shader Folder deletion - No Inventory
Change from Dx11 to Dx12 Shaders in PTS/Div2 Main - No Inventory
I haven't yet done a full reinstall of the PTS, but from what I've seen in the comments that doesn't appear to fix the issue.
Any solution to this problem yet? My friend and I have 4 computers with TU11 PTS and only one system has this "no inventory" issue. It is a lower price system where the CPU meets the minimum requirements and the video card is a Radeon RX Vega 56. That same machine has no problem with the released version of TU10.
Hello everyone,
We're still looking into this but we need the information requested previously i.e. screenshots of your UI settings, whether restarting the game and Uplay PC helps, and telling us if the game is installed on SSD or HDD. The more people who give us this information, the better we can identify the root cause!
With that said, could you guys post this information in the sticky?
It only worked for that session, so it's back to no inventory again.Originally Posted by Knowledge_VIG Go to original post
I'm sorry to hear that the issue continues, Knowledge_VIG, and thank you for sharing your experience of this issue, puqingyang. I merged your thread with this one as it was yet another duplicate for the same issue.
As my colleague Spud has requested above, can you both please answer the questions posted in the sticky thread for this issue started by our colleague Lucipus?
Thank you to everyone who has continued to report their experiences of this issue in this thread and others, particularly where you have included details of your existing troubleshooting attempts and the workarounds you've tried from other players. It really helps us out, and the devs appreciate knowing what works and what doesn't (even if it only works once!).![]()
