    I've experienced the same with all 4 characters upon first log in on the PTS (prior to accessing The Summit). Verified files. No dice. Did not have the prior PTS installed as I had removed it weeks ago.

    Would be great to see Massive/Ubisoft Devs acknowledge the issue!

    Solution!

    Close the game and Uplay.

    Guys, Delete all cache folders content on My computer>My Documents>My Games>The Division 2 anda delete the following shadders folders: ShaderByteCode and ShaderCache!

    I guess I found the solution, just open the normal game TD2, enter in you character, open the inventory, close the game, and then open the TD2 PTS, worked for me

    i haven't a ShadeByteCode-Folder. But delete the ShaderCache and change to DX12-Rendering. Doesn't work. Are you sure that the Cache also for the PTS-Game and not for Main-Game?

    Buenos dìas,
    Tengo el mismo error de inventario, no aparece el inventario del personaje, no puedo cambiar nada si estoy en mision. solo puedo cambiar algo desde el alijo.
    solucion?.
