    [UPDATED 10th September] Purchasing the Season Pass

    Greetings Agents,

    Some of you are new and experiencing The Division for the first time, so welcome and we hope you enjoy snowy New York.

    We are currently aware and are investigating issues which have been found when purchasing the season pass. This is affecting items you receive from the Rewards Claim Vendor such as Outfits/ DLC and a shotgun.

    We will keep you updated on this thread with our progress as we investigate this.

    We are still investigating the following issues which have arisen for players purchasing the Season Pass and DLC content.

    Our team are focusing on this as one of their top priorities and we shall update this thread when we have more information.

    For now, we can re-assure you that we are still looking into this and can only apologize and thank you for your patience.

    We are thrilled that so many of you has decided to take advantage of the The Division giveaway. The influx of new players was greater than anticipated and caused issues with the back-end. In particular purchases of DLC's, Season Pass and the granting of Ubisoft Club rewards were affected. We are sorry that these issues caused a significant delay in the granting of your content and we have been working hard to resolve it in the past week.

    We have now made improvements to the The Division's back-end and we should now be processing purchases and requests correctly. If you still haven't received your Season Pass or Ubisoft Club Rewards, please remain patient as the back-end is processing queued requests.
