I think the following problems would rise if this system would be introduced:

    1. Ragers would instantly ban everyone after a lost match. Because of that, said rager would be playing either against worse, or against better opponents, because on his/her level, everyone would be blacklisted. Or he/she wouldn't find a lobby and would file a complaint.

    2. Some people would use this system on purpose to affect their K/D. They would ban everyone at the end of the match until they do not get opponents far weaker or lower level. Player skill levels are not very well balanced already, this would make this worse.

    3. People playing underpowered heroes would no longer find lobbies. I already receive messages from my team mates when I pick Peacekeeper, even if I pull my weight (if you play an assassin, you will mostly be at the bottom of your team because of the flawed renown system, that would further reinforce people's ideas only looking for that).

There are really two solutions for this:

    1. Leave in the first 30 seconds.

    2. I am sure if you write down what platform you are, around what time you like to play, and what game modes you plan to play you will find team mates here. Even if they are weaker than you, you can give them tips in message in between matches. Even the worst fighters pull their weight if you tell them what you expect from them (for example, capping zones or pushing the archer points while noone looking).

Goat summarized it already. I keep playing to the end but Im a sort of masochist, today two 70 rep orochis of my team failed at everything vs a 21 shaman in breach...
later failed against his 24 orochi too...I was twitching and I was so mad that people became interested in my stream, yeah because most of them said they never saw two 70 reps so bad at ganking or teamplaying that my screams of frustration (at them interrupting me and giving everyone revenge without trying objectives)were a form of catharsis...the shaman was op because console, ccu and lag but kill him once and he always escaped with back roll and running...pitiful, standard spammer...but later I managed to defeat his orochi in the third phase several times, while my teamates 70 reps were so salty they lost EVERY ENCOUNTER AGAINST HIM that they interrupted me every time I was going to kill him ...killing them in the process when he activated his revenge... we lose...man of all my streams this was the most viewed...and truly the most stressful, toxic and frustrating...

for the matter since the first match I mesaged to them with tips and sugestions, they didn´t care. Two 70 reps with the skill of a noob.

Don´t be me just abandone in the first 30 seconds. This is torture to oneself. No other thing could be implemented without serious bad side effects to the game, just abandoning idiots could work.

I remember shields, i remember names and I remember styles of gameplay. If I don’t want one of the dudes/dudettes with one of those shields, names or gameplay styles on my team because I know it’s a guaranteed loss then I should be allowed to block them from whatever team I’m on as well as not join a team they are already on.

If someone wants to play like a useless idiot they can do it on someone else’s team, I’ll fight them all day.
As I said, make a premade team, or leave in the free 30s. Problem solved. I detailed above the problems this ban system would create.

You didn’t detail any problems a ban system would create, you made up excuses to keep idiots on everyone’s teams.

I just got out of a game where 2 of my teammates slowwalked everywhere, avoiding all zones.
I just got out of another game where 2 dudes sat on a zone and played instruments, refusing to fight anyone.
I just got out of another game where 1 teammate went 0-8, and the other two went 0-6. No zones collected, 2 of them with less than 10 pts.

And your telling me that I shouldn’t be able to block these guys from my teams? Oh wait, you must be the dude with a premade team of friends who just slaughters
Goofs like this all day, that’s called conflict of interest. I’m tired of goofs, not everyone is a goof but when they show up I should be able to flag them so that I’m not
    Grouped with them.
It is nice from you that you think I have friends (I don't run premades). I don't know what skill level are you playing though, I played many games in this month, and I encountered none of this. The worst thing I have seen were revenge feeders.

Yes, if you want to have team mates who are guaranteed to be good, you must make friends. I know it sucks, but this is it.

So you tell me that nobody would use this system's many shortcomings to alter matchmaking, and no problems would occur because of it.
