    Diabolical ubisoft support

    So i have issue, which i am amazed at support firts time i asked them for help and definitely the last (maybe that is the idea?)

    boosted to nyc and now have no way to get bulwalk patterns as i cannot do one of the raised on discovery level

    finished NYC i have shd 45

    so i ask support help and they are probably the most insulting support i have dealt with, i am cancelling uplay+ today,

    they also have no clue what they;re saying to me, telling me gear score rofl there isnt even gear score at 40

    then saying finish Washington having boosted to finish Washington

    but anyway i asked to raise a complaint in chat and he wouldnt do anything, closed chat

    i have written to head office and raised formal complaint

    they're insulting and dont give any help, as you see their responses

    aND ofc you wont see any ubisoft support help here except copy and paste

    you cant understand because they just making joke responses


    i buy division two, i buy uplay+, get expansion and boost character to do NYC

    finish NYC and cant get Bulwalk patterns or do raIds

    they just laugh and give those joke reponses

    Firstly, please allow me to apologise. I am sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with the support you have received.

    I have taken a look at your case, and from what I understand, you are unable to access the raids to unlock the Bulwark patterns. Is this correct?

    I can see that one of my colleagues has since responded to you, and has provided you with some additional troubleshooting steps. I recommend that you take a look when you next have the chance.

    Could you please ensure that you meet the requirements for accessing the raids. You can review these here. You also need to make sure that you have fully completed the Tidal Basin Stronghold.

    If you are still unable to access the raid, could please provide us with a link to a video showing the steps you take to reproduce the bug? This will allow us to investigate the issue further. Thank you.
