This should already be in the game. Its not fun to play 4 ganking shugokis. Lets lock at 1 or 2. That way if 2 people in the same party play the same hero its fine.
Yeah, I am down with 1 or 2 pick locks.... full teams of warmongers, raiders, shugs are cancer as hell...
