    Silent hunter 4 gold not working

    I have bought this game, once I have installed it it is now asking for a product key which I have tried to locate in the same place as 3 but its not there!! Ubisoft won't let me send an email due to covid, so are saying chat only. Problem is that chat is unavailable!!!

    How do I get a product key for the game I bought????

    Hey there!

    Sorry to hear you're having issues!

    Please try launching Uplay / the game as an admin.

    If the issue persists;

    Then, please, navigate to the Ubisoft Game Launcher "cache" folder, by default located here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache

    Open the cache folder and move the "ownership" folder to a safe location.

    Once you have backed up that folder, delete the "cache" folder.

    Please then Verify the games files. You may need to do this multiple times to repair everything.

    When this has been done, please try launching the game again.
