I am expecting it to be a paid DLC, apart from that I am not expecting anything in the hope that not expecting anything results in less disappointment.

Buzzlitebeer's video made it sound like its just a vertical resistance game mode from Div 1. FIghting waves of enemies, with increasing power as you go up the tower. Its got 50 floors and a checkpoint or something, every 10 floors....

Honestly, id just take UNderground back....that game mode was fun.

They already announced although not really in the mainstream that it will be free for all to play, no DLC and you don't even need WONY to play it meaning level 30 or 40 can play this new mode. This is consistent with their stance on Div2 that there won't be a paywall for new content that is released with these title updates. I'm really hoping it's good because I am getting bored now playing for nothing. I didn't even finish this recent Manhunt.

It will be like a Bounty mission per floor in a building.

Which should already be a very big clue that this is not going to be something as big as Underground or Survival from TD1. At least, I would be very (positively) surprised if it were.
