“Oops, looks like we can’t connect to the game server.“
Is anybody else running into this?
I keep getting this error from a Samsung Note3 SM-N900 with Android 5.0. I have tried app versions 3.6.0 through the newest 4.0.0.
“Oops, looks like we can’t connect to the game server. “
I used this phone for Just Dance Now previously without issues. I first started seeing the issue a few months ago.
I have restarted the phone, restarted wifi on the phone, and reset the app. iPhone devices on the same wifi network are not having the same issue. Other network functionality from the failing phone is fine including web browsing to the ubisoft website.
Using a VPN application on the phone temporarily worked around the issue but this workaround has now also stopped working after the 4.0.0 update.
I have logged a support ticket... they say the issue is known but they don't have any expectation by when it may be resolved. Hoping someone else may have come across this and has a workaround.
