It doesn't matter if you nerf the minion aspect. This is still a T4 in a T1 slot and accessed within the first minute or sooner of any 4's match.
You don't double down in this flawed concept, you get rid of it.
The hero has the entire kitchen sink for a kit, nobody is going to be mad or remotely think she sucks if her feats are just a generic copy of old feats from other Vanguard's kits.

Her T1 will probably be allowed in scrims now. Don't know about her 4 though. it's more or less another nuke T4 to go along side other ones now.
I definitely wanted more nerfs to the T1. But (and I say this with heavy skepticism,) the changes they made were the bare minimum to make 4's playable again.
I'm not happy still.
