yes, finish off to obtain an execution is harder now, i dont know why they hate her so much.

It's like the devs completely forgot about the gimmick they gave Peacekeeper and just went:

-"Heavy starters should deal 24 damage, what do we do about Peacekeeper?"

-"Let's not forget about her bleed. 13 + 11 bleed damage totals 24, so let's set it to 13."

-"Makes sense"

What's the point of the gimmick if you're just going to look at overall damage. Using a heavy means she has to end her chain, so what's the ******g point of that "extra" stab that's going to add up for a total of a heavy from any other character, and put her on frame disadvantage. Other characters can land that 24 damage and continue the rest of their combo. "But but enhanced lights!" Well, Warmonger gets enhanced lights all the time without this silly bleed prerequisite. Not to mention, reflex guard.
