    pc freezes after splash screen

getting back to the game after year1 and my pc used to run the game without any problembut

recently I install the game and can't pass the splash screen, my pc also freezes (most of the time) or the splash screen disappear and nothing happens

there is no forhonor.exe running in backstage and the splashscreen.exe is always there

the eac.exe is running and costs 7000k ram so I assume this problem might be related to the EAC? also I see no EAC blue bear loading after start the game

I spent few days digging through google and try the following ways, which is still not helping:
    1. update all hardware drives
    2. shut down anti-vir and firewall
    3. reinstall the game and uplay (haven't tried reinstalled both at the same time tho, the game file is just tooo large, nahhhh)
    4. disable hyper-threading in bos
    5. move the game file to different driver6. delete the option.ini
    7. try all launch arguments
    8. set every exe to admin mod
    9. ues network accelerator tool

so could anyone help me ?

Hey Ghost_00000 - welcome to the Ubisoft Forums!

Thanks for being proactive in listing the steps you've already tried, that's very helpful. I didn't see some of our basic steps covered however, so I'd like to refer you to our PC troubleshooting guide for you to complete the remaining steps there.

Reinstalling the game and Uplay PC would be a valuable step to repeat, with both installed on the same drive on your PC afterward. Give these steps a try, and let us know if they help?
