If so, have you already completed our connectivity troubleshooting and spoken with your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to see if anything further can be done to address this? If not, please complete all of the steps (including portforwarding - I appreciate you're not keen, but it is needed for us to investigate further) and then let us know how things are after that.
Regarding your question about dedicated servers, we introduced those in 2018.
