So last weeks SOTG wanted help in fixing the mess that is PvP right now with the high damage glitch.
When players were banned for the turret exploit Massive / Ubi must have run a program looking at damage caused to NPCs within the game.
Surly this can be done again?
Yet again in the DZ there are full blue tank builds hitting for 9million damage. Players are being reported but nothing is mentioned on social platforms with a view of actually addressing this.
I want an answer from Massive and Ubi as to what they are doing to sort this out.
Maintenance this week to fix blue screens (failed) and the ND gear set. But yet nothing re cheats.
Can you actually get something done about this!
And yes, this is probably another ranking thread about the issue, but I don’t care. Cause we need a community to unite against this...
And no I’m not 12 or a snowflake before the trolls kick in!
Well first, people where temporarily suspended, not banned. Secondly, I highly doubt they will do it again. Remember they did it to those whom didn't even utilize the dps glitch in PvP. Yet when the watch exploit was used by so many people (which yes, gave player a massive progress advantage over others, along with spammable cache crates, etc), the devs admitted they would not dish out another suspension. They were pretty much scared of losing more players permanently so quickly. So, I'd be highly surprised if they dared to dish out another suspension. This is another situation where they've taken their jolly time to bother trying to fix a dps exploit.
The community will never unite as a whole on this specific matter. The combination of that only a fraction of division players actually care about PvP content, along with so many people were so disappointed in how the devs handled previous exploits. So unless it's a player who actually partakes in PvP division content, they're not going to waste time on this when there are still longstanding issues elsewhere that the devs still haven't fixed.
