I do think this is a great concept for a new exotic, but NOT the EB.Originally Posted by dagrommit Go to original post

that so called "rumor" is a Cut development for the WONY update, and seeing how the state of the game is, do not expect a new DZ, maybe a few more conflict modes. nothing more to boost PvPOriginally Posted by INV_DALERIUM Go to original post
I agree on this and could also make the gun looks different then the one from the raid? Different color or getting a nice aesthtic mod if gotten from the raid...? And pretty basic outside of raid...?Originally Posted by Visualsun Go to original post
Not RUMOR devs confirmed on STOTG when they work on WONY they not have a time to put DZ in NY but they wanted to do itOriginally Posted by RavennesVR Go to original post
I like any idea that places the availability of items behind skill or challenge barriers rather than being hard-locked to specific content. Especially in a game with as much diversity of content as The Division games have.Originally Posted by dagrommit Go to original post
On the topic of diverse gameplay and content: I think the trap that many people fall into is that they tend to believe that the content they enjoy is somehow special and deserving of special treatment. And that if other forms of content get access to the same rewards, it somehow diminishes "their" game. And this isn't something that's specific to The Division games. I see it in WoW, or any other title that caters to different types of players.
I really think that posters in this thread should consider carefully before replying. The loot and progression model that Division 2 uses is not the same as any other traditional MMO or multiplayer game. The EB is not the "best" loot. It doesn't hold any kind of special place in the power or progression dynamic. Loot in general simply increases the depth of your character's build diversity rather than increasing power directly. And keeping weapons like the EB locked to specific content only divides the playerbase into tribes of "Us vs Them"....which isn't a good thing. We've already got enough of that between PVP and PVE players without further sub-dividing into raiders and "casuls".
What I have noticed by locking items behind "difficult" content has led to the rise of boosting services and some streamers who do nothing but raid carries in an attempt to keep their channels alive and as a source of extra revenue by prioritising those who have a subscription a place in the queue for the first exotic.
Some people don't seem to mind "paying" their way to get exotics as I have seen the carry lists and they have over 100 people in the queue waiting to raid with groups who are very chill and have the means to carry them.
So by making raid exclusive items available in the LZ or obtainable through solo play you'll be potentially killing of some streamers who Ubisoft support because let's face facts there is nothing else to do in the game currently from an end game perspective besides help others and having a different experience.

RLY ?? did you iven play Destiny 2 ??
Destiny 2 have very OP exotics behind raid content , EB its not Op now - soo please , stop writing fairy tales
As others wrote in another topic, if you couldn't get EB for 1.5 years, there is something wrong with you and not with the game
Any commendations and achievements in division - you have to achieve by doing certain missions and things and are very hard(the same like EB ) - maybe we'll give them too this comendations for all players , doing quest or other things - the same like EB way ??
You want EB - EASY SELFISH WAY
by such players like you the Division 1 lost a lot of player base - thz god devs not listen cry about EB on Open world
