OP, just showed you their pick of going through the raid. Also several times they even showed themselves with their EB as well.

I to some extent agree with OP. Allowing this to be a thing in the DZ would definitely generate interest in the DZ. I won't lie in about being worried about its future in this game. This would give it some extra life.

As for me being one of the too lazy to raid. I personally at Year 1 had 99 Raid completions. 53 Year 2 Dark Hours raid completions. I also have 78 Iron Horse Completions.

I know there are lots of people who have 300+ completions. I just can't do the same content over and over again without it making me bored.

I have said it before that I would not be against a special in-game currency system like phoenix credits that would allow people to purchase specific exotics outright. It would make the raid more rewarding to by having people earn those credits as well. I know from experience that the loot from the raid is not always as good once you get your weekly clear. This would be a great way besides the raid keys that drop on the last boss to reward people. Also having these credits drop from every boss would encourage people to do the whole raid rather than just farm the last boss.

I would place the cost of the EB in such a system at a premium.

OP's method works as well and would encourage people to go into the DZ. Not a bad idea, to be honest.

Because how can you talk about content without even playing it or even trying to start?
That's why those who played Raids know how much effort it takes to finish it and that's why raids are most difficult end game content in division 2
Devs seys STOTG on stream many times "raids are end game content now"
Therefore, complete them first and then write
Nah man...you just lack manners and competence to understand the points and arguments made here to a degree where you can add something useful to the discussion.

Most of the players who write here in this thread support my opinion , they even gave their arguments, but the "EB in open world" worshipers only listen to their own

1,5 year waste of time - SAD

I don't get this. Why do you want the EB in the DZ again? So you feel on par with some of the other players? I play in the DZ a lot. I solo 90% or more of the time. I get killed, a lot, by a lot of different guns, the EB just being one of them. Should everyone automatically have the same build in the DZ? How boring is that. You want EB? Figure out how to run the raid. You want other exotics, run the missions. Nobody ever said the DZ was going to be a fair fight.

The OP is correct, they need to give players options. Other players getting an item, doesn't make the fact that you already have it any less valuable. I think a very important part of the this discussion, that it shouldn't be easy to obtain

Hey I read the first post, and a good chunk of the other ones. I did miss where you personally don't care about the EB in the DZ so bad on me.

Devs Give you option "play raid for exclusive exotics"
whether you like it or not, it's up to you, not to change the rules for you
If someone has not managed to play the Raid for 1.5 years, it is clearly not for him and something is wrong with him, it is not the devs fault if someone is anti-social in mutliplayer on-line game, everyone knew what they were buying

That's funny. Raid wasn't available at release. End game wasn't even available at release lol. Then there was the whole stash space and match maker debacle. Such a funny argument you presented.

ohhh Wrong again , Raid was announced on E3 2018 conference and later on gamescom - that it would be a month after game release
