My group appears as empty/as not having a group leader

Hey there, I've been having trouble with this since yesterday. My group on the main menu & multiplayer screen appears as empty - not even my own username/emblem is present. I can't queue for any matches as the game says that entering matchmaking is for the "group leader only".
    I also can't play singleplayer.

This has been happening since last night (the evening of the 22nd August). That morning/afternoon I could play no problem, but it's been broken since then. I should also mention that I get a server connection error that boots me to the 'press any key screen' if I idle on the menu for too long

    So far, I've tried:
    - Running the game as administrator
    - Deleting and reinstalling
    - Getting different friends to invite me to their groups
    - Verifying the game cache

Here's a screenshot of the presenting problem: https://imgur.com/a/2SANdgn

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Just bumping the thread to say that the problem still stands - I would really appreciate any kind of direction.

    Sorry for the late response.

When you receive the error "group leader only" are you in a group with friends at the time and is one of your friends the group leader?

Also what happens when you try to play single player, what error do you receive then?

This sounds as though there is a connectivity issue.

Could you please try the troubleshooting steps in the links below then try again:

No worries, thanks for getting back to me.

So, here's two more screenshots of the singleplayer screen and my group page: https://imgur.com/a/n2dGJuH

I haven't been able to join any of my friend's groups since this problem started, so the "group leader only" issue isn't related to mixups happening within the group itself - it's just that my group doesn't have a leader since there's no one in it. I'm not sure it's a connection issue as I can still connect to & play Siege and any other multiplayer games on my computer. I also don't bump into this bug/error if I start up For Honor on other devices on my network - the problem, as far as I can tell, is localised to my computer,

Thank you for these additional screenshots, Cherry_Puncher. This is certainly a peculiar issue. We've received reports of issues with the "group leader only" message, however not one to my knowledge of the group screen presenting as empty.

To investigate further, we'll need to collect your system files (MSINFO / DXDIAG), network logs, launcher logs, an image of your completed portforwarding and a little information about your ISP (Internet Service Provider). Could you please open a support case or start a Live Chat with a colleague of mine, and provide this information for further review? Please advise me of the case reference number once it is created.
