Hey there!

Hyper Scape supports Cross Progression, so as long as you're using the same Ubisoft account when playing on PS4 or PC, you progress and items will be the same and synced between both platforms.

There's no need to link anything up.

When you launch the game on Uplay PC or on PS4, you should be prompted to login to your Ubisoft account. Once you login, your progress will be synced across platforms.You can read more about it here!
