Now, that's some serious questions right here.
Wall glitching while manhunt status, running lag switching in order to kill players in dz, i mean... can you be ban for that? Is it writing somewhere in ubisoft chart? It's a serious question coz i and other folks are tired of it.
If i cannot be ban for lag switching, i'll buy one right now on amazon.

Seems to be covered in EULA. Whether Ubisoft actually takes action is a mystery though. Unless some cheater wants to verify they got banned.(iii) create, use and/or distribute “auto”, “trainer”, “script” or “macro” computer programs or other “cheat” or “hack” programs or software applications for this Product (whether in an online multiplayer game or in a single player game over the internet or in local area network);

No, Massive don't ban them anyway.Originally Posted by TOKYO_ROGUE_YT Go to original post
I am sure that they will instantly ban players for it when they happen to run into an UbiSoft or Massive employee that is playing in their free time. Other than that I'm not so sure they actually do. Spent many hours in DZ of TD1 and also met cheaters, but mostly I only fire few shots and be done with it. Many times you don't even see any damage on players so they are likely using glitches, lag switches that make you aim at the wrong spot anyway. When you pay attention to the chat you see many players pointing out that others are using obvious cheats, but you still see them come back on daily basis. When even one person would look at the chats and investigate players mentioned they would be able to find a lot of the cheaters and act on it, but sadly they don't do anything.
So I think on the question 'Can you be banned ...' the answer is yes, for 'Will you be banned ...' it's no, unless the cheater engaged with the wrong player. Still baffles me that UbiSoft and Massive don't actively go out into the DZ and see what is happening simply because they aren't allowed to play the game at work. Haven't been in DZ for PvP in this game but mainly because I don't like it in the first place.
Even if they did care(and I think some of them probably do), there's no way they've got the available man-hours to track these kinds of issues, much less address them.Originally Posted by esteban17 Go to original post

At least Ubisoft will thank you for this post so they can flag your account to keep an eye on you.Originally Posted by TOKYO_ROGUE_YT Go to original post
