It's called enhanced lights. Peacekeeper can keep light attacking if you're bleeding, for example.

What hero’s have enhanced lights if you don’t mind me asking?
    General:
    1. Your lights are always enchanced if you have revenge.
    2. Against exhausted opponents, your lights are enchanced.

    Hero specific:
All Peacekeeper lights (only against bleeding opponents)
    Lawbringer side lights
    All Warmonger lights
    All Warlord lights
    All Jormungandr lights
    Highlander offensive form lights
    Shugoki lights

Hitokiri used to have a finisher enchanced light, which was removed.

Like when some hero’s who throw a light that gets blocked their combo stops dead in its tracks, while others can continue dishing out?

    Doesn’t... make... sense...
This has been my pet peeve for the entirety of the games existence. How are you supposed to really have good mind games when just blocking shuts down your kit? You wanna talk about op defense, imo this is the worst offender. Some characters have enhanced lights now that let them continue on with their combos. The problem with those is that they cause greater stagger (more a problem in 4v4 than 1v1), which fails to address the root problem even if you can now continue your combo. If they wanted to improve offense the first thing they should've done(before even what they just did with the CCU) was to make it so blocking doesn't kill your combos. The stagger problem is a non issue as the devs can choose what level of it they want, assuming they can make a good decision. That and making lights feintable I think would go more towards improving offense then likely the whole of the CCU.
