My solution wasnt to beat her entirely, it was to beat what Canadian was crying about. A good Warmonger will counter your dash spam, but msot Warmongers aren't good and, as you said, just do the same thing over and over. Hell, everyone is now.
How? He's one of the very few heroes that gained little to nothing from CCU since he was already unreactable. On top of this, his mixup is now extremely stamina consuming - combined with the low damage lights, a full stamina bar worth of level 1 Jabs is equal to just 60 damage. You can't blow people up anymore with a series of correct reads, you will always have to stop and let them have their turn. Easier to land pins because people are bad at reacting to external things due to the 100ms shaving of indicators and animations. Meaning landing his 100-0 ganks are even easier now.
Basically no one major thing. Just because the state of the game made his good tools better and he also got more damage.
The +1 and +2 on his heavies' damage is more than made up for by the lights nerf, which is what he lands most of the time due to Jab. His pin has not been buffed, it's 30 damage as usual. Fully delayed kick was already unreactable prior to the patch for everyone but like 15 players, feinting the heavy isn't busted in the slightest, most dodge attacks still land even if you buffer the input. I have no clue how you think anyone in the game has trouble reacting to his 966ms pin, ganks with him are the same.

In regards to the ganks it's because general defense became harder. They're not reacting to Cent they're trying to defend against the gank partner who's setting up for Cent.
The idea i'm pushing is that weaker defense=stronger Cent. Far as the kick goes that's splitting hairs. Not everyone is capable of last frame delaying consistently. His kick is more unreactable for more people now regardless of his input. Which is a buff.
The only nerf he received in my opinion (aside from outlying damage values that shouldnt've existed) is to his zone.
For the most part if you were a strong hero before you're stronger now. By how much is debatable.

Personally I don't think anyone should be hitting above 30 damage with any one punish sans max punishes.
But I can admit that it will take longer to kill people compared to others with centurion now which is a nerf.
Wether or not Cent should be buffed or others should be brought closer to him is a different discussion but personally I am not bothered by the changes.
