Hey I tried to submit this message via support but it says I can only use support chat and then it says support chat is not active. So it won't let me contact support at the moment. My message - Hey I'm hoping to get in contact with someone that does the portraits for the division 2 raids. We finished operation dark hours 1st on Xbox. We have all the proof anyone needs. on 'state of the game' they announced our correct Xbox names. When it was 1st listed on the website they had our correct names. But when they added the portrait they put the wrong names on the wall for all of us. Mine should have said Qolll it says 'Gwizz NZ' my old tag from years ago I never played a day of division 2 with it. Yet it's on the wall. Along with my other friends random names they don't want. To put it simply the names on the portrait for the 1st raid on Xbox and wrong. We tried contacting the team when it happened but I don't know if they ever got the news. Now they are adding a new portrait to the game for 'iron horse' while the 1st portrait still sits there with random names on it. I have screenshots of the original posts on uni website. I can link you to the 'state of the game' episode where they announced us with correct names as the winners. I have screenshots of leader board when we finished it. I seems like a little issue I'm sure but it's a big achievement in the gaming world hench whybthey reward you by putting your names on the wall. Our reward is more frustrating than rewarding. No one knows who anyone of those names are nor can they find out. Because they names are wrong.
I can imagine you want this solved.
Have you tried reaching out to community managers? Your best bet is to contact any of the UBI staff listed on the bottom of this page.
If you have trouble getting into contact with any of them, feel free to send me a DM. I can't help you with the issue ofcourse but maybe I can boost your case to the someone in the staff.
In case anyone is interested in more information about this case, you can read through the five other threads the thread opener has started about the very same issue:

- https://forums.ubisoft.com/showthrea...Portrait-issue

As a thought:
Since you mentioned in some of the other threads that the picture shows the UPlay tags – maybe that is because the names were not inserted manually but are linked to a database, which Ubisoft/Massive can fully access and control? I'm just taking guesses here... but if you were to change your UPlay tag according to you current Xbox gamertag... maybe... just maaaaaybe the name below the picture will eventually update "automatically"? But if the names were added as a static information, then of course this idea is useless. But maybe it's worth a try....
Thank you so much for linking these and bringing it to our attention, I've forwarded on these reports to the team for someone to look into this.Originally Posted by Noxious81 Go to original post
Dude, you have no idea how accurate that statement actually is. I've had a temporary forum ban for asking when they were going to finally fix the Missing Wire Scavengers side mission, as it' had been over a year at the time, and the bug existed at launch. I'm still not able to complete it and get an important blueprint, as are many other players.Originally Posted by JUGRNAUT01 Go to original post
Massive felt it was easier to ban people who brought it up rather than fix their broken game.
Hey thanks for the help i did try what u mentioned a long time ago. my U-play account name is now (Qolll.) because someone took (Qolll) when this all happened. i know what your saying it seems like a easy mistake so i thought it would have been an easy fix. an i thought now that they have added a new portrait to the game with new names. surely a good time to fix the first portait
