Hello I have problems with game. game crushed and wrote 7-0000004 error and i cant make groupe.
PC platform Czech Republic
I have new internet +-10MB/s and all another games go without problems

This error usually means there is an ongoing outage/degradation/maintenance with the servers.

yea still. when i am playing or makeing change my heroes, and i cant joint any groupe or when i send invite noone can join me.

my nat is green. my IP adress is automatic, i have eset smart security and i dont have problem with firewall... and i have new switch and it has problem not.

i am with my 2 brothers on same internet and when someone of us playing and another trying play to but not together, than whos already play gamecrushed

Sorry for the late response.

To confirm does this issue only occur if one of your brothers is already playing the game on the same network as you?

If so does the error still occur if they are not playing the game at the same time as you?
