Can someone please help me i did the challenge and hit the collect button but it said server connection lost or something so i restarted my game and it said it was collected but i didn't get the charm i thought it was a bug and i will get it later but it didn't appear in my account PLEASE HELP!!

I got a bunch of "collect from last week" things today - collecting trigger tracker, kalis skin and mute pack worked finally fine. But there seems to be a lot of broken stuff in the background, they better fix this fast.
