Hi Ubi. I have completed the Challenge for the "glittered Hibiscus" charm and I have not received the charm. Would it be possible to aid me?

I have this problem too. When I clicked on collect after I finished the challenge it gave me a "this action could not be completed" error, and then the next time I started up the game it said I already collected them (but I don't have them). The same thing happened with the Marching Neon charm from the MUTE event (this was the first time this happened)
