Ubisoft, let me lead with this. I love warmonger and her design in terms of gameplay and flow of moves. While yes, it does feel like she is just a Warden Moveset update, I have no doubt you plan on making warden a unique moveset once this whole virus passes. But until then, I bring offerings of a mini rework for how Corruption works along with new feats to accompany it. So lets begin.

Corruption
Corruption now works on stacks, dealing 10 damage per tick. The tick occurs as normal right now, but the stacks determine how many ticks the corruption can do. Stacks of corruption fall off while the afflicted is out of combat, 1 stack per second.


Tier 1 feats

Corruption Blade - Now a Passive - Each attack applies stacks of Corruption. Lights apply 1, Heavies apply 3, Heavy Finishers apply 5. - This focuses on the player being more aggressive in their approach when fighting while allowing for Warmonger to Gank Spank earlier.

Corruption Bomb - Active - Toss a grenade that applies 3 stacks of corruption to those it effect. Deals no direct damage itself. - A ranged option to apply corruption. This is meant to give her a way to apply corruption from medium range with a radius akin to the Blinding Bomb

Corruption Aura - Passive - Enemies around Warmonger now gain stacks of corruption, 1 stack every 3 seconds. - This is balanced around dealing with enemies grouping up to chain hit stun you into oblivion, with a limiting factor that its only 1 stack every 3 seconds.


Tier 2 Feats

Elixir of Corruption - Passive - Heal for 25% of the damage dealt to corrupt targets. - No change here, she needs a survivability feat.

Power of Corruption - Passive - Corruption ticks now deal 15 damage and fall off slower while enemies are out of combat, 1 stack every 3 seconds. - This is moved to allow for T3 Feats later on. This also now makes you choose if you want more damage or healing with your corruption.

Corroding Corruption - Passive - Corrupt enemies take 15% more damage from all outside sources, excluding corruption. - Allies can now benefit from her building corruption.


Tier 3 Feats

Allied Corruption - Active - At the cost of 10 health, apply 5 stacks of corruption to an ally of choice. They take no damage from these corruption stacks while enemies still take the damage of each tick. - With this, you can spread corruption to your allies, allowing them to be proxies of your spreading influence.

Hidden corruption - Active - For the next 10 seconds, all corruption circles are hidden from the enemy, while the visuals on the corrupt target remains visible. - This now makes enemies think around the corruption and pay attention to visual clues that they are already accustomed to, watching the body of their allies and enemies.

Viral Corruption - Active - Activate to cause Corruption stacks to spread from enemy to enemy while within corruption circles. Stacks gained this way fall off 50% faster while out of combat. - A way to spread your corruption to other enemies should your main target die soon.


Tier 4 Feats

Corruption Blast - Active - Apply 5 Stacks of corruption to nearby enemies. - No change to radius, just updated to work with the new corruption.

Corruption Plague - Active - All active stacks of corruption are doubled. - This can keep enemies spread out for longer, still holding off enemies during ganks.

Corruption Detonation - Active - All active stacks of corruption are removed, dealing Half of the total damage the ticks would have done. - 5 Stacks would normally do 50 damage, but now you can activate this to cause an immediate 25 damage. Sometimes you just need some immediate burst damage.





Thats my suggestion for the Corruption theme Warmonger carries with her, as a blessed champion of Horkos. I do find interest in the idea of Blessed champions of a god in the game, but I hope you expand this to add more depth and customization in terms of feats to all current characters. I will make a separate thread about the idea of Champion Feats for each god I am aware of in the game. You can say you dont want gods in the game, but Warmonger is definitely a champion of a god considering her back stories heavily implies it.
