Oh yes! Yes please! I totally agree!

I obviously know that you can disable dismemberment in the game options but if I understand the original poster correctly, we are both referring to a Serverside option to have along side the Clientside option we already have in game, to allow more customization options to the game. This idea is actually genius, omg, why didn't I think of this when I always play without dismemberment?
