[PC]my game crashes every time i try to enter in the main menu | Forums

basically after the prompt to push any button to enter the loading for the main menu, it crashes. i doesnt display any error code, but only say that the game crashed. i tryed to run the game in a clean boot , but it didnt work. this is the link for the error window that i get after the crash. I have all the specs for running the game and i have this problem since some days after the new hero dropped.

so , i tryed reinstalling uplay and didnt work, then i tryed reinstalling the supporting software , and i cant find the software that is said to be there. I cant find the windows file and the vrcredist file. What can i do now

I also have the same problem and also tried everything this thread suggested, i have it since yesterday and my game crashed everytime when i am in the loading screen right before the main menu screen.

i think steam but i also have it on my Uplay Account, everytime i click the desktop icon it opens trough steam and if i open it through the uplay launcher it also opens through steam.

I too, have been having this problem recently this week when its been starting... and ive been following this thread and doing everything including verifying files.. and every time i verify nothing pops up as wrong ive also recently updated my Graphics Driver recently and thats when i started having the issue of the game crashing just before it tries to open the main menu on the loading screen after the prompt to "push any button to continue"
