What Ubisoft could do to immediately bring me back

This isnt about aramusha alone so bear with me please hes just part of my story
I havent been playing for almost a full year now, and when I left I swore I would not return until Aramusha had been changed instead of just band-aided. I intended to come back at the CCU, but given what I saw become of aramusha I played for a grand total of 30 minutes in AI private games and then quit.

I could have come back without an Aramusha rework at this point, but this CCU update undid so much work and progress that the game had. Homogenization of heroes is generally terrible and disappointing, and these algorithm based changes are terrible. I was very excited for low dmg low stamina cost but higher speed and more turn-arounds that the CCU could have been. But now the characters that relied on gimmicks or band-aids are worse than ever, Assassins are still the lowest of the low not even excelling in 1v1 as they should, and the Samurai faction as a whole has just been mistreated for ages.

    WHAT IS NEEDED
-hero identity, Balance instead of AI copy pasted values that cause serious dis-balance due to gimmicks and feats, Lower stamina costs, Generally lower damage but fast maneuvers (low hit stuns) AND COMMUNICATION, SCHEDULE, AND CLEAR INTENT for the future life of the game.

What Would IMMEDIATELY cause me to return:
If a developer team reorganization was announced and given a timeline of a fashion I describe below:

-less weekly content, cosmetics, and foolery cash grab bullcrap for a time. Devote all resources to the development team for the time being and create unique identities for each hero.

-The formation of 3 special teams. 1. High intensity Hero Identity Development Team, 2. Hero Survey and community rework collection team. 3. Data Collection and Analysis Team. The weekly content creators and cosmetic creators could contribute to the Survey/community team
1 Development would plow through some serious changes on the schedule I will show below, 3 Analysis would decide which changes go live after the TG or makes little tweaks, and 2 would handle community surveys and collect rework ideas.

-Set up a clear schedule for us players to see AND STICK TO IT. Every two weeks release an update to an individual hero to the T.G. that returns that heroes identity or reinforces it or balances it. Have a two week data collection/study period then release it live sometime within the next two weeks. Stagger each hero update and start with the most needed 1 week out. Involve the community in week before hand with surveys and rework collection ideas.

Example Schedule: (in no specific order other than 1 of each faction repeated, and my favorite ara first o'course)
    Aug 16th Aramusha Survey period
Aug 23rd Aramusha TG | Highlander Survey Period
Sept 6th Highlander TG | Aramusha TG closes: data collection/study period | Peacekeeper Survey Period
September 20th Peacekeeper TG | Highlander TG closes: data collection/study period | Shinobi Survey Period
Sept 20th-Oct 4th Aramusha update Release
Oct 4th Shinobi TG | Peacekeeper TG closes: data collection/study period | Berserker Survey Period
Oct 4th-Oct 18th Highlander update Release.

    You get the idea.

With this schedule of ~2 heroes updated a month once rolling with 27 heroes we would see an update to each hero within a year. And honestly at this point with all the identity destruction the CCU has brought we deserve (if we are still playing paying players) to see each hero adapted to it within a years time.

This obviously cant start today, BUT the point being If Ubi was clear with us, made this schedule and promise, organized these teams, and released a change(even if the T.G. was awful) every two weeks as this schedule permits even without any other special content or events I would IMMEDIATELY return to the game

People would still be upset over their mains specific treatment through the process I'm sure, but we would have a clear schedule to see what becomes of each character, and a time set aside specifically to address the concerns of every single hero as a community here and on reddit, and when the year is out there could be a final pass from any extra data collected over the course of the year of change. And there could be one more update or another round of the same for the heroes that are evident-ally super weak or super strong at years end. This is how you would Revive and restore the honor of this game

If you would like to see this happen please do more than just like the post, leave a brief comment in the affirmative as this is the best way to keep a thread active and visible to the Devs (honestly im not sure anyone really checks likes in this forum)

I know we aren't supposed to bump our own threads, but this got 10 likes and I would basically be making the same post again if not rebumping this, cause I still want to believe this game could be resurrected. Again please post your support in response to this thread with a comment and hope that the idea of a year of reworks scheduled as such gains enough traction. Thank you. I wont bump it again should this thread again fail to gather comments.

This is a welcome idea. You have my vote, but I have no hope for the bright future of the game, unfortunately.

The most recent patch is welcome. Although there is much more detail that needs to be given each hero this far mire hero specific damage and stam value patch was well needed. Its a step in the right direction.

You have my support. This is one of the few ways the game could be fixed. They should really do this like you have detailed.
