Yep, it's the upper and lower jawbone from something. You can see it more clearly by equipping it on your backpack.

What is this supposed to be? Definitely not something I would be ever wearing on my backpack, that's for sure. They do seem to have a thing with bones this season, judging by the end reward for the Apparel event.

Also I still want the SHD watches trophy and I am still bummed they made it available only through that pretty badly implemented friend referral system.
