Game logs me out if I used my phone's drop menu | Forums

As the title says, if I try to dismiss a notification or just use it even for just a second. The game say "User profile has been reset" or something like that, sends me back to the title screen and stays stuck there. I play on android.

I get this too on a Pixel 3 xl, they haven't been able to give me a work around or fix. What seems to work for me, is I let the game restart when that messages popped, when it gets stuck loading, I kill the game and restart the phone.
