    Rework Shinobi, make the old feats usefull and make Executions Cancelable

    Hello im a Shinobi main. He is very weak right now. I know u know. Please rework him already its really frustrating.
    -Better chains pls, Give him Orochis Chains and we good.
    -Same for Ranged. 1 more attack in the Ranged Chain
    -Give him a Counter-Counter GB. If he would fall he can press GB and recover. Doesnt have to be Instant but fast enough to block a heavy for Example.
    -Better iFrames on Backflip and roll. It feels weak. Other Heroes like Kensei and JJ can dodge almost everything. I thought im the assassin here.

    I have no problem with Warmongers Feats. It makes u think before u gank. I like that. But FFS why are the older Feats so underwhelming. Just Buff them a lil bit. And pls Look at every Feat.
    -What Heals, Helas a bit more.
    -Same with dmg Feats.

    The thing with the Executions. I get that i have to make the decision if its safe enough to actually execut someone. I get that. But why Cant i stop that friggin thing? i wont get healed..im cool with that. Its unlogical that when i start an Execution because i dont see anybody near me, then somebody runs at me while i spotted him Miles away, i just cant pull my weapen out of his *** to defend myself.
    - Make it like Lawbringers Execution where u can move at some point or let the full thing play.
    -Or make it instant both fine for me.

    Oh I almost forgot. Make Revenge Activation automaticly on the next hit after reaching max gauge. I think it would be Better. People will keep attacking and not be like: "Common hit me i dare u, i have Revenge". Plus there will be no more miss input situations like Emoting rather than actually activating Revenge.

    Yes, I believe it's considered "late" for a rework on Shinobi due to we're around the year mark of Shinobi's last significant nerf. Firstly, I'll list the known nerfs and my opinion.
    Patch 2.11.0 to 2.12.2:
    Rope - Long range grab no longer beats revenge activation.
    Sprint Slide - Only has active hit frames for 400ms (from 600ms,) no longer beats revenge activation, and victim can now activate revenge during the hit.
    Uninterruptible Stance - listed moves HAD uninterruptible stance (removed.)
    *Backflip, *Roll, *Double-dodge kick, *Kick-after-deflect, *Kick-after-roll, *Sprint slide, and *Sickle rain (including if conducted on victim.)

    Shinobi was claimed to be too safe. In my opinion, this claim was true but they removed what made him a deadly hero. What happened to the "glass cannon?"
    I don't believe this was in any patch notes. But, they removed Shinobi's quad-dash.

    Warrior's Den Recap - June 9th:
    -Shinobi's option select/zone was nerfed.

    Patch Notes 2.19.1 to 2.19.3:
    -Shinobi's sickle rain and any kick would stop the victim from activating revenge. However, characters like Shaman's bite and Shugoki's hug/demon's embrace will keep your revenge locked. And, timed perfectly, gankers can get free heavies while the hero does their bite or hug and heavied from gankers before having the chance to activate revenge.

    Core Combat Update (CCU):
    -Shinobi's light damage was decreased. (I believe). Stamina drain to twelve.
    -Shinobi's deflect damage was nerfed. (I believe his heavies were touched too).
    -Shinobi's ranged heavy was increased four damage. Twenty-five to twenty-nine.

    August 13th, 2020:
    -Shinobi's ranged heavy was decreased four damage. Twenty-nine to twenty-five.
    -Stamina on lights from twelve to six.

    Shinobi has received five nerfs. If not, more. In my opinion, the character is extremely weak now. The only thing strong on Shinobi was his deflects and now that's taken away. The character's health is still weak, he lacks damage, and any combos to assist himself in gank situations. Shinobi's kicks are practically useless on experienced players - easily dodgeable and can be light spammed out of. Shinobi's dodges are extremely weak, can be easily guard broke out of it. Shinobi's speed of light attacks are still fast but predictable. Shinobi's heavies are easy to counter and doesn't offer much of a mixup. Shinobi's backflip is weak. Many attacks can still reach it and even a guard break can sometimes reach his backflip in mid animation. Overall, Shinobi needs a rework. I'd give Shinobi something viable. Something to offer more combos, mixups, and guard break opportunities. Example: being able to faint a ranged-heavy after a kick to bait a guard break or heavy for parry.

    Omg I forgot about the not be able to activate Revenge stuff while in Sickel Rain. I dont get why the nerfed it on Shinobi but not on Shaman and Shugoki.

    I mean yes its a Strong move when it comes out of knowhere but its not very different from Shaman and Shugoki. Teammates can Hitstun you for shaman und Shugoki so they land their moves. But even without Teammates they are easely able to hit it on their own. Other than Shinobi who needs alot of reads and whiffs to do that.

    I agree that he should be able to feint his first ranged heavy too. Would be a good Mix Up

    Also i would increase his Naruto Run Speed just for the fun.

    They broke Shinobi big time and they keep nerfing him. From all his moves lights are good, but they dealyng way to little damage and his heavys are easily parryable, back flip is almost useless. Range and range grab are way to dangeros since it easy to parry and get a good punish. And being an assasin he has not enough stamina, all his good combos are useless due to the lack of it.

    Yes Absolutely true.

    I think dmg for all lights needs to be low, maybe even lower as they are now. But the thing with shinobi is that he has no chains to compensate for low dmg so a rework is NEEDED asap.

    Backflip needs more iframes and i agree with the stamina.

    I like to have the choice between Long and short executions. It makes no sense that my hero whom i are playing cant stop executing someone just because its long. If the heal would be at the end of the execution i could choose to risk it and get healed or cancel it bacause danger is arriving. it should be my own Choice to do so.

    Plus Movie styled Executions are just nice to have.

    While we are at executions: I feel that some have weird kill timings. Tiandi for example has one where his sword is in the head of the enemy but only dies when tiandi pushes his sword out of it.

    They only really need to give some heroes who lack short execution some but outside of that I’m for long execution.

    Personally I see picking the wrong execution in the wrong situation and eating a free hit as a tactical error.
