    [Xbox] Freezing Glitch / Lag

Whenever I scroll past my costumes sometimes the game will stop updating my character and when I leave the phone the game will freeze (Xbox one) but the other apps will still work although they have a bit of lag

Hi guest-uSurpeIv, thanks for visiting us in the forums.

Can I confirm if you are playing SP: The Fractured but Whole or SP: The Stick Of Truth?

First of all, can you give all the steps in this guide a try, in particular, power cycling your console, as this is known to stop games lagging and improve performance by shutting down your xbox completely and deleting the cache -

Are you also able to post a video showing the lag in this thread, or link us to a video you have uploaded? Thank you.

    Hello guest-uSurpeIv,

Thanks for getting back to us and sharing that video.

Are you able to reproduce this crash each time by navigating in and out of the menu screens with speed?

My suggestion would be to make sure before launching the game again, would be to power cycle the console so your Xbox can handle the loading times and boost performance of the game.

To clear the cache on your Xbox One, you will need to power cycle the system. Power cycling will reset the network card and clear the cache.

    1. On the console, press and hold the Xbox button for about 5 seconds until the light behind it turns off. This will power off the console.
    2. After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord from the back of the console, and wait 2 full minutes.
    3. Plug the console back in and turn it on using the Xbox button.

After you have been able to do this, please launch the game again and see if you can repeat the blue screen crash in the menu. Please get back to us and let us know what happens.
