I noticed that in several Tom Clancy games, including Ghost Recon Breakpoint, there are Ubisoft Club Rewards that are tied back to events. Since there are no in-person events, I contacted support to understand if these could be manually unlocked, since they were able and more than happy to do this in past for other rewards.
Is this type of treatment from customer support normal? This makes me think feel like I'm doing something wrong when likely there are no policies for current events and it's clear that support does not want to help with this in the future.

I will be happy to provide feedback, and will be doing so on the Ubisoft Forums, but each of the requests are not fraudulent. Even more disappointing to see "further requests of this nature will be immediately denied" - this doesn't give me much confidence to contact support in the future.
I was under the impression that contacting support is the appropriate method to resolving each one of these issues. Since support can only help with technical issues, which team is responsible for helping with unlocking these rewards in the future?

I think you misunderstood - there are no Ubisoft Experience events or Ubisoft in-person events in 2020, therefore, how can I provide proof of an attendance to an event? I think these types of rewards should be unlocked for all because of this.

I am missing the Ubisoft Experience T-shirt and Vectorblade rewards. Since there are no Ubisoft Experience events or Ubisoft in-person events, it is impossible to unlock these. Would you be able to manually unlock these? Thank you in advance for your help.

I'm sorry that the explanation and the wording in the Support messages was not very clear.
Rewards like the Vectorblade or the Ubisoft Experience T-Shirt were unlocked by attending any major gaming event taking place in 2019 - including E3 or gamescom 2019. The Support Team will usually request a proof of attendance of these past events (from 2019 and not 2020).
