The new August 13th Patch is a good step in the right direction, but there are still a lot of heroes that need to be fixed.
I honestly think the developers need at least a couple more steps to clean this.


Raider:
-Attack Chains:
Top Heavy 1: 34 dmg | 1000 ms | 12 stm (It's fine as it is)
Top Heavy 2: 40 dmg | 1000 ms | 12 stm (Bring it to 38 dmg)
Top Heavy 3: 41 dmg | 1000 ms | 12 stm (Bring it to 40 dmg)
-Raider's Fury: 41 dmg | 1000 ms | 35 stm (Bring it to 40 dmg | 30 stm. Reduce his stamina consumption.)

Kensei:
-Zone attack:
Left Heavy 1: 13 dmg | 500 ms | 60 stm (Bring it to 40 stm. Consumes too much stamina for only 13 dmg. I've made this change so that if people fake the second attack they don't consume too much stamina.)
Left Heavy 2: 14 dmg | 1500 ms | 0 stm (Bring it to 20 stm)

Warden:
-Zone Attack: 13 dmg | 500 ms | 60 stm (Bring it to 40 stm. Consumes too much stamina for only 13 dmg)

Orochi:
Hurricane Blast: 29 | 900ms | 12 (Bring it to 38 dmg. Damage too little has become a useless move, it needs to damage more)
Top Heavy Opener: 26 dmg | 700 ms | 12 stm (Bring it to 29 dmg)
Top Heavy Finisher: 38 dmg | 900 ms | 12 stm (Bring it to 34 dmg. Why does this blow hurt more than the Warden's longsword?)
Side Heavy Opener: 29 dmg | 800 ms | 12 stm (Bring it to 700 ms. This shot needs speed)
Side Heavy Finisher: 35 dmg | 800 ms | 12 stm (Bring it to 32 dmg)

Berserker:
-Zone attack:
1)Regular Zone:
Right Heavy 1= 3 dmg | 500 ms | 65 stm (Bring it to 4 dmg | 60 stm. Reduce his stamina consumption.)
Right Heavy 2= 3 dmg (Bring it to 4 dmg)
Right Heavy 3= 3 dmg (Bring it to 4 dmg)
Right Heavy 4= 3 dmg (Bring it to 4 dmg)
2)Slashing Rush:
Right Heavy 1= 4 dmg | 500 ms | 65 stm (Bring it to 6 dmg | 60 stm. Reduce his stamina consumption.)
Right Heavy 2= 4 dmg | 500 ms | 0 stm (Bring it to 6 dmg)

Highlander:
It is simply absurd that it harms so little in defensive stance. Even the Raider and Kensei damage the most.
Since the second heavy attack only damages 29 you should give it a chance to use it after a GB, like the second heavy attack of the Kensei.
