    New Gamemode Concept: CONQUEST

    I haven't been here in a while, and I know many things should probably be changed before a new gamemode comes into the mix. However, I made a lot of concepts in my time away from here. So over time I will expand them from the For Honor Amino to here and to Reddit. So, here we go.

    I hope you enjoy



    Conquest is a large scale battle gamemode with crucial objectives that aids you in winning the fight. These can range from catapults, archer men, minion spawners, and a main combat zone which is huge. Each team of 6 has to push the lines to achieve majority control over the battlefield.

    Each zone (besides main battlefield) is 100 points each trying to reach a goal of 2500 points to put the enemy team in breaking. Each kill itself is 5 points to the score.

    ZONES

    There are 4 different zone types. Minion spawners, Archer points, Catapults, and the Main Battlefield.

    -MINION SPAWNER:

    Minion Spawners have this icon with them and spawns extra minions, officers, and shield captians that roam the map and supply aid to the main battlefield. It also gives 100 points to the holder of the flag.

    -ARCHER POINTS:

    Archer points spawn archer minions to rain fire onto the main battlefield. They spawn in groups of 5 at one point and are protected by 3 pikemen. It also gives 100 points to the holder.


    - CATAPULTS:

    These points rain hell all over the map besides at capture points. These keep their aim to anywhere in the map and at the Main Battle Zone. They only fire once every 50 seconds. These points also gives 100 points to the holders.

    MAIN BATTLE ZONE:

    This point is the most important of the 6 capture points at the map. Pikemen, soldiers, officers, and shield captians roam these areas. The rain of arrows and catapults falling makes this placw very dangourus to be in. It will supply 500 points to the holder and gives a point every 2 seconds.

    EXAMPLE OF A MAP:
    An example of the zones on a map are displayed here. If this where to be a map it would be one of the more crowded maps. It is known as Westhold in the story mode, and with Appolyon armor being ported into multiplayer who's to say that maps cant come along?

    IN BETWEEN ZONES:
    The battle does not rest outside of the zones. There you can find catapults still raining down from above and groups of minions fighting eachother as they march to the main battlefield.

    Be on the lookout.

    (Side note: it wont be too crowded. Just be aware)

    miscellaneous

    This is not as important as anything else earlier stuff so you can go on to the end if you want.

    kills to points
    Minion - 1 pt
    Pikemen and Archers- 2 pts
    Officers and Shield Captians - 3 pts
    Heroes - 5 pts


    Feats
    You gain feats faster when main battlefield is captured. You get your renown with a 1.5 multiplier

    Gamemode Catagory:
    Large scale battle, which would contain this and Breach

    End of Round Music:
    Breach has end of round music, and since this gamemode is also a large-scale gamemode it should get those too.



    Rewards
    Same as Breach, because they are both Large Scale Battle gamemodes

    Need for Teamplay
    Not as much as breach, but more than Dominion

    I didn't even know that existed. This Conquest gamemode was created when I was replaying the story mode and I was on Westhold. Looking around seeing all of the chaotic battles happening made me want a gamemode that is like what we saw in that very first mission. This concept is actually over a year old, but I decided to take it from the For Honor Amino and ported it into the Reddit, and these Forums. I have a lot more concepts made so I may port those too!

    Do you think there would be room for cavalry and using minions for shield formations?
