Its disheartening that there is silence from Ubisoft on this.
I'd guess if you open a support ticket, you'll get the typical form response with links to troubleshoot your system, forward ports on your firewall (WTF?)
And I bet if 10,000 people were to open a ticket on this, instead of correlating and seeing a wide issue, they'd still treat each and every ticket like it is a problem you and only you are having, and focus on teaching you how to troubleshoot your system. Never mind it ain't our systems and I've been teaching others how to troubleshoot their PC for about 30 years now.
Yeah, my sampling of the Ubisoft support system has not been very positive.
