    4 weeks now, and stil we keep getting west or central, no sign of east servers. And now im even gettin europe servers...wtf!

    I'm on the East Coast and when I feel like playing this buggy game (Yes I play alot, So I have every right to call it one of the buggiest games out and I have 600+ games)

    LunaticSlave777 I wish I could help you, But I do have 1 idea = Open Edge on Xbox and goto speedtest site and click on closest server and run the test, Hopefully it tests on the East like you want

    If it does then that means it's a Division problem

    I'm just trying to help like you said Massive doesn't look to help

    Thanks for the trying to help on this issue, but I done that already, and yes always connects to eastern servers for tests with pings around 20ms to 50ms tops on results.

    Definetly is a Division problem, and again im not the only one with this problems most people i know in this game are having this same issue, getting conected to wrong servers.

    I'm sorry and the sad thing is Massive doesn't care about fixing a darn thing on this game

    I'm at the point that Division 2 will be the last thing I ever buy of Massive - If I find they even make just a Coke Can in another game then that game is DEAD to Me

    Firstly, please allow me for the delayed response, LunaticSlave777.

    Just to clarify, you are trying to connect to US East servers, but you are instead now connected to Central and US West. Is this correct?

    I also understand that you have tried the troubleshooting steps, with no success. I'm sorry to hear this. I recommend that you open a support case and attach an image of your port forwarding settings so we can take a closer look. Could you also include all of your troubleshooting steps in your case notes? Thank you!

    After past weeks mantainance, the whole week worked fine for me connecting me on East and had a nice ping between 40ms to 60ms, and at last after more than a month could play peacefuly...

    But after this weeks mantainance, you screwed it again...now is worse than ever...always in West with constant pings of 200+ms , tons of packet loss, and insane delays between action.

    Problem is your side... because people i know who play the game as well started to have the same issues again after the mantainance. Also this is the only game I have issues with the bad connection to your servers.

    West Coast here and having opposite problem. Since Tuesday's update/patch cannot connect to US West always getting US East which is 3 time zones away. Please fix and do not even have the nerve to ask us to do the troubleshoot as it is definitely something on your side.

    Open a support case????? I am laughing effing hard right now . Support spin you the same stupid trouble shooting steps trying to tell me that my Open Nat setting is causing me to connect to a server in a region 3 time zones away.

    Sorry you feel that way, however to help us investigate we do request players complete the steps, including Port Forwarding.

    You're more than welcome to contact us directly with a screenshot of your Port Forwarding settings as Borealis suggested and we will be happy to continue to look further into this.
