    New CCU Opinion

As an avid For Honor player for the past 3 years I believe this CCU has next to destroyed the meat and potatoes of this wonderful yet salt inducing game. The whole basis of the combat system to not only be able to react quick but also try and predict your opponents next move and be ready to have the knowledge and skills to punish their attacks and counter for a fun back and forth game. With this CCU it completely gets rid of the reaction portion and makes a game of who can throw out the most random light attacks and just hope it lands. I would say the majority of the elite players that are master to GM can agree that most of the skill comes from not only game knowledge but also reaction time. This update encourages light spam rather than fixing it due to the next to impossible to react light attacks that can be randomly thrown and connect due to the speed at which they come out at. There are many other issues with the character damage balancing that should be fixed as well but the CCU needs to be reverted in order to maintain high level/fun gameplay that encourages reaction and light parrying.

Why do you think they added a pay to win character? Why do you think they're shifting the game from reaction based to guessing/prediction? They can't react like the pros can so they'd rather turn the game into a Rock, Paper, Scissors and spam fest. They want to mash buttons mindlessly and win.

Just look at the first round of this video and it will show you everything that's wrong with the new update.

The game is like eating your most favourite meal but unfortunately you eat it with a crappy plastic fork which always breaks. So we asked for a new and better fork which doesn't break but Ubisoft only spiced up the meal which made it better but our fork still breaks.
