Suggestion for remedying the latency issues of JDN
I'd like to suggest a remedy to fix issues of the game not picking up the perfect moves, which server-browser connection latency:
Have the game ping a cookie in the browser every time the move is suggested, if the move registered by the phone matches the ping back from the browser it registers the move and gives the score rating.
When you receive the ping registration you may also want to factor in Wifi connection latency when the browser is connected via ethernet vs the phone connected via WiFi, for this you could always query the browser of how it is connected and if it returns a value, save that value as a cookie, otherwise leave a cookie saying no value.
I hope this helps to improve the game as the current system requires the user to know when the latency spikes which is impossible as is (unless you add a latency graph/number which could be a short term fix)
