    Refund request

How do I request a refund for The Division 2 that I bought through UPLAY? The Ubisoft support site does not have an option to request a refund.

BTW, good luck actually getting the refund. AFAIK they'll deny you if you've even spent a single hour on the game.

I find that people who bail on the game find it too complicated and don't understand the math behind creating a character build.
It's a shame because despite the game's shortcomings, bugs and whatevers, it's still a great game.

AFAIK they won't approve refund if you spend over 2 hours in the game. It warns you the first time you launch the game (same for pretty much every Ubisoft title I believe). So don't get your hopes up @OP.

Some certainly, but many really good players have just gotten bored and moved on to other games.
