Highlander: over-hyped, then, consequentially, over-nerfed; much more than needed

Hey, I've thoroughly enjoyed playing Highlander for most of my time playing this game, and, after this update, he is hardly viable; let alone someone you'd want to pick. See, he used to be a high skill, high reward character (please don't derail this with his kick to toss, that isn't the point of this comment), with, in defensive form, high damage attacks at a slower speed, so you have to actually use them wisely, for a good payoff. But now, his heavies do just as much as other heroes', still retaining their slow speed, and his chain heavies do even less than the much faster ones of 90% of the other cast. I understand he gets hyperarmor, but there is no point of that if you can't make a well timed trade actually worth it: it could even just end with him taking more damage than the opponent, with the incredibly mediocre damage of his heavies in comparison to those of other heroes. So now, besides his offensive form: which, let's be honest, you never actually stay in, due to all the un-dodge-ables in the game now, he can barely even be used: and I find it hard to play with half a character. I can live with the reduced damages on his offensive heavies, and his crushing counter; but this is just too much. Please: I am not saying he needs to go back to the original damage values, but his defensive heavies need buffed, or I can't even see how I can continue even using him at all.

    Thank you for your time.

The video just proves that people are not used to seeing Highlanders' light attacks that fast, but overall in terms of millisecond speed they are on average with all other heroes.
However, if you are interested I leave you the spreadsheet of all the heroes so you can make comparisons (it's not my job I don't take credit for it).
